i'm not sure exactly what you mean by pulleys? if you are talking about an underdriven balancer? then no as far as i know there isn't one available yet.

also there isn't an available OTR for the VZ alloytec. CHE developed one and found it made no difference.

the 2 hole mods is popular on the VZ range. if you want more power without a loud exhaust just get pacemaker extractors and hiflow cats and leave the cat back stock.

pacemaker extractors replace the stock exhaust manifolds with vbetter flowing ones. hi flow cats replace the stock cats with higher flowing ones. this will give you more power without too much extra noise. not sure if you can source pacemaker in dubai.

and put the K&N filter which in the box..

i woundring if there is a OTR filter for the car or have a engine pulleys to increase the power without high sound ( the police in dubai fines us if there is a sound << new stupid ruls)

Yea extractors and high flow cat will make it slightly louder. Have you thought about cams? they will give you more torque. but yea the more power you get the more noise you can get. The extractors and high flow cats, like the cold air induction, allow the car to breath better and cleaner which helps to burn more fuel. After that its all pull the engine apart and put in better parts. which equals $$$$$
