Air Conditioning Smell

I have a VZ crewman (3.6 Alloytec) - A/C works great but I get a stale water smell through vents after shutting A/C off. Thinking it may be due to a blocked drain line? Has anyone had this issue or know where the drain is?

Not 100% sure if it's the drain line, but there's a very drain-like rubber "spout" behind the centre console. If you remove the glove box and undo the two screws securing the LHS of the centre console you can slide it down and have a peek at what I'm referring to. It should be pretty obvious the item I'm talking about.
