Broken Headlight adjustment screws..what to do?

Hey guys!
I baught a VZ a little less than a month ago...so far no problems..except this one.

When i baught it, the headlights' alignment was off. So the other day I was trying to align the lights when all of a sudden the adjusting screw went free on the left headlamp. now no matter how much i screw(or unscrew)...the beam is not moving...right light is fine.

So what I want to know is how to fix it or do I have to replace the whole light??

btw I have the normal Headlights...not the HID's (if it helps)..
