hi everyone,
I drive a 3.6 alloytec V6 175KW...
I need advice, I was thinking of changing my exhaust system, but i'm not sure how many inches i choose, 2.25", 2.50", or 3"
without loosing the back pressure, and with a nice sound,
i was searching too much for this issue, every one has a diffrent opinion
thanks
From what ive heard mate, twin 2.25", twin 2.5, or single 3".
Yours being a 175 prob the twin 2.25" would be best. I know with the Alloytech 190, you can get away with twin 2.5" & single 3".
The Blue One
thanks mate,
but i'm thinking of a singel one, and 3" for me will be too much i guess,
so .... dont know...
ive only heard single 2.5's sound bad

ok, if i want to make it a single 3" , what about the catalytics, should i change them as well? what is the app. size for them?
guys, is it ok with custom made catback?
Dear Dale@CHE, i have two MAGNAFLOW 2.5' middle and rear mufflers, and i'll make the piping in a specialist shop, do you think the sound will be OK? and what about the catalytic converters? should i change them as well? what is the size?
