Has anyone delt with OZ car parts before?

I sent them an email about some VY SS dash parts, i got a reply back saying yes we do have in stock pls call blah blah blah.
So i called them, guy answers the phone just say "parts" then i say what im after & comes back saying "oh cant help you mate, my brother can help ya", i say is he available, "nah dont when he's going be back" i said no worries brother & hung up.

FFS, wats the point of working at a spare parts business, when you cant even help a customer with a simply question!!

I went there once before asking about the 3 window cluster & the guy i spoke to was very helpfull, so obviously this guy is not or couldn't be f**ked helping.
