4 spees Auto Issue

Hello,

first some back ground, about 4000kms ago i got my Auto fully serviced.

Any way i was driving up the coast yesterday, the car kicked down a gear going up a hill (cruise on) and when it when to change up it shuttered a lot then changed fine. This kept happening but only changing form 4 to 3 but if you manually changed it didn't do it. And now is changing smooth as.

When i checked the trans oil its down a little but there are no leaks.

Any body got any idea what it could have been because i don't at all.

have you topped up the low level yet?

maybe they just didnt fill it up enough when you go it servced.
