another thought came to my head, i remember a couple of people on here having the same problem, i think it might have been caused by oxy sensor not being positioned right, im assuming you have the vz with 4 oxy sensors? can you check to see if the oxy sensors have been moved or is the new exhaust fitted from the flanges roughly in the middle of the car?

i took it back today, no luck. said they cant diagnose the problems under warranty and if they replace the sensors it wil keep happening. they gave me this number for a bloke that can hack into the computer and turn the sensors off???? any thoughts??

dont do that. there are 4 o2 sensors and they would of replaced the easy ones you need to find what bank and number it is thats playing up. also check if they plugged it in correctly they do have problems with o2 wire contacting the heat shields, and is the software up to date? they sound like drop kicks to me. if it happened b4 twice they should of looked deeper into the problem like the wiring
