    Default Check Powertrain warning message

Just wondering if anyone knows exactly how to change the two oxygen sensors in the exhaust. My auto elec mate did a diagnostic after i got a check powertrain message on start. It does come and go the warning message. He said i need to replace the oxygens sensors in the exhaust. Im thinking that there their to check the fuel mixture ratio and adjust accordingly. And my fuel consumption has risen a little bit. Would that be because the oxygen sensors arnt working properly????

just unplug and undo with a spanner, they can be pretty tight to come out as some have a thread locker on them

dunno how much price wise for new o2's but i know that orig part replacement itself is easy, 22mm spanna and plug n play, but trouble codes are static tho - that said i have and can happily provide the solution to fix that bit, not to mention varify function of the newies is no hassle.
