vz wagon safetymode, power train running rough

hey i have a vz nov 2004 wagon and i bought it smashed and i had it repaired and once i had it all done it came up with a saftey mode, check power train and service signal on the dash, it is also running rough while idoling and wont go over about 60 kms any ideas as to wat this can be??

well the safety mode, is limiting power, so thats why it wont go over 60km/h, only way to tell would be finding someone with a scan tool that'll read the codes, i dare say something not plugged in or a sensor was damged from the accident
