    To get to the sparkies,
take off the plastic covers, at the outer edges of the intake manifold you'll see the plugs which are connected to the top of the sparkies, u will know have to remove the intake manifold to get to them. Not sure how long it will take as ive never done it before.

With the fuel filter its just in front of ur fuel tank behide the diff on the left or right.

7 bolts to take the inlet manifold off plus all the other ancilleries. You lift it up and just wedge it halfway up with a block of wood then you can take the plugs out.

As for the fuel filter, it's on the drivers side of the car, near the diff.

Thanks for that! Hmmm I tried to take it off last night. I took off the 5 main centre bolts but couldn't locate the other 2, ran out of time. Know where they are????

6 main bolts hold the chamber down. Look at the chamber head on you will see 3 on right side, on the left you can see 2, the third one is in a straight line in the back of the plenum chamber, just in front but below the smaller bolt holding some senser crap. That senser just unplug it. On the right side of chamber is another bolt like this, take this bolt off. Pull off all other hoses that you see, all are easy to put back.
Loosen the worm screw clamp holding the air intake pipe on throttle body, pull off and away, you will see electrical connection on throttle body, pull off. Slowly lift up plenum chamber look for any hoses that you may have missed, if not it should come straight up.

There are 2 gaskets under the chamber, if they are red paper type replace it with new ones from holden, they are metal about 40bucks. If the old gasket is shitty you may need to scrape bits of it off. refer [gasket plenum chamber] in this section of forum.
