FE2 shocks can handle the lowered springs, from wat ive heard. Best combo is Monroe GT sport shocks (which are lowered) & kings springs

With the camber kit it depends on how low u intend on going. Suspension places will say yes get one, others will tell you what they told me.

To do everything properly, get shortened shocks and a camber kit. Ive got my car ultralow and its fine, the inside of the tyres just wear a little.

only the VTs needed a camber kit - because tight-ass Holden had them removed to save money!
