Default VZ Diff Gears for Alloytec 175

Hi, can anyone give me a heads up on where to get diff gears for these things? I am chasing some 3.71's or close to that ratio. Holden are quoting us $1800 for LSD and gears which is a bit steep but if I have to go with that I will. Just want to know if anyone knows of any other options. Cheers Damo.

I didn't think of ebay but I spose it is worth a look. I punched out a heap of emails to diff joints all over the country just now so hopefully I get some feedback from them. Just gearing up for the blower kit to go on Tim, should haul with 3.71 gears and a blower. Fast enough for a girls car anyhow.

Calem123 - was that quote for LSD as well or just gears?

    OK

I just rang this guy right now here is his contact and all gears in stock ready to roll, check it all out yourselves and make sure its what you want. Even call him right now if you are keen. Various ratios, but 3.9:1 and 3.7:1 on shelf.

just for perspective, i paid 450 for a complete 3.46 LSD Diff in Almost new condition, i find generally, the shorter the ratio, it almost doubles in price, thats buying complete carriers btw

Well we went genuine. Got entire diff center with LSD and gears for around the $1500 mark. Prices for just the LSD and gears alone most places quoted around the $1300 mark.
