After asking round about what type of high flow cats to put on my vz, im resorting to you guys on some 'real experiences'.

My question is what type of high flow cats are people running on their vz alloytecs?

Stainless metal or ceramic high flow and if their made a difference?

Had some stories that some high flow metal cats combined with after market exhaust can offer to much flow and cause the muffler to resonate giving it a shit resonating sound at higher revs.

So i suppose another question is how does it sound? better or worse?

Tried searching the forum but nothing specific came up.
