How deep is the scratch? Move your nail on it and if it sticks, then there's not much you can do urself. It may cost ~ 300-400 bucks at a body repair shop. However, if it is not deep, then a good wax n polish should minimize it.

Looks like some low life scumbag keyed your car.Looking by your pic,I'm afraid the only option is to get the panel re-sprayed.

Definately keyed dude. That scratch is WAY to inconsistent to be a trolley or the like. I have a minimal one on my drivers side just to the lower left of my wingmirror, not very deep at all but still fkn anoying. I have found that Turtle Wax works best for it. Basically ya get a little chapstick thing and you clean the area of the scratch, make sure its dry. Take the chappy and rub it over the scratch (against the grain, not with), then grab the liquid shit from the bottle on a cloth and buff over the chappy until the chappy is removed. Wait for the turtle wax liquid to get a sort of haze to it (looks like it's drying out) then grab a wet cloth and wipe it clean. Done. I have to re-do mine this weekend so I might even do a before and after for ya
