I know that there are numerous threads on how to clear service messages from the computer, but we have one that won't go away
Its the "Service Vehicle Soon" message which comes on when the normal service interval message has not been cleared. My son drove his car for months with the 135k warning on and we didn't clear it, even though we carried out the service. Now the new message appears and the normal method of clearing service messagtes doesn't work. I have checked and tried the methods highlighted in the various thread, but this bloody message is stuck there, along with its damned silly little tune, just to annoy the crap out of you when you start up.
Any clues?
be great to find out. my mates one does it too.
i do as the voices tell me
oh dear again, this is not a service reminder, its a misleading way of saying it has a non important fault code logged in the computer,
there is thousands of threads regarding svs
