Need help with exhaust shield rattling

I've heard numerous people have had the exhaust shield rattle problem. Just wondering if someone could let me know where I should look and how I can tighten it up so that it doesn't

Get underneath the car and loosen the nuts holding the shields in place and then and reposition the shields.I had the same problem and after doing this the rattle was gone.
