Rough Gear Change in Auto

im getting a rough gearchange in my VZ auto and i didnt know if this is a normal thing or if there is anything i can do.

By rough i mean through 1st -2nd-3rd there is some times a jolt. i dont know if this is a gearbox problem or a diff problem.

i have similar problem..

even when iam starting the car..

try take your car somewhere quite and start the car

feel if there is some sort of vibration throught out the car/steering wheel

if there is,,

i would probly think mounts

especially tranny mounts or even drive shaft joints? dont know what its callled

just let me know how you end up

as i dont have time at all to get my hands on my car anymore..
