[SA] VZ 6cyl Ute Rego Cost ??

Hi , Havnt had the ute that long ( VZ S ute V6) and got my rego renewal slip .
They want $909 for 12 Months , seems a bit high to me but I want to know what other people in SA are paying , is this the correct amount .

If that's what they tell you that you have to pay then that's what you have to pay...
Its highly unlikely they made an error, if you have any queries ring SA Roads people and ask..

Have just paid mine and thats the correct amount, its a rip off alright. As it is considered a commercial vehicle its one of the things you have to deal with.

utes rego is done by weight class not cylinders cos like vy storm said its classed as a commercial vehicle

My ute used to cost me about $1050 a year.

My VY S pac V6 ute only costs $574 a year... Im now in the country but I'm sure it was the same when living in Adelaide..

The CTP component always costs less in the country. There should be a table of charges for different zones that comes with your renewal. If you can figure it out, good luck. There always used to be the scam of registering it at a family or friends country address to get cheaper rego.

I know the guy who owned mine before me worked at Roxby and registered it through his work and saved quite a bit because of the location even though he lived at west lakes.
