I currently have your S/S 3" Catback on my VE SS and had an Xforce on my SV6 before that.

    Love your products.
Some people say less talk more action, I say more torque less traction.

wow just saw this, was going to give you guys a call tomorrow about a price on the Varex twin 3" in and twin 3" outlet/tip muffler for a vy ss.
And can i buy direct from you guys or do i have to buy through a distributor? I'm in Melbourne, near Dandenong area.

Would this still work to quieten down the exhaust on a system with 1-7/8 headers and twin 3" all the way?

The whole exhaust seems like it's hanging way too close to the car, the rear muffler hangers don't match up at all either. What gives?
Said exhaust eventually destroyed the rear diff coupling. I was told the exhaust required "minor adjustments on all vehicles" as apparently "there is no true bolt up and drive exhaust system" without modifying it somewhat.

Mate I feel your pain. Who installed it? I got a 3" cat back on my VZ 6 litre SS and installed it myself about two years ago - no dramas at all, except I agree abt the weird set up for the rear hanger.

    hi

I was looking into buying this 2.5 twin cat back system, and buying some pacemaker extractors, should i also buy high flow cat converters or will be alright with the cat back exhaust and the pacemaker headers ?

The exhaust was bought from a mob called Onlineperformance - it was for a VZ maloo, 2.5" Twin exhaust in stainless. Unless maloo's run no tailshaft and have headers 20mm longer on the drivers side it was definitely an X-force fail in design. Naturally the part number has burnt off but rest assured I will never have a problem with X-force again.

I have passed your message to Xforce HQ and they are almost certain that you have been supplied with the wrong system, Xforce only makes twin 3" system for the VZ Maloo,
with 4" angle cut double wall tips.

The correct part number should be ES-HV19 (Stainless steel twin 3" cat-back system for VZ maloo Ute).

The twin 2.5" system that you have may be for a for VT-VY model.

Xforce suggest that your dealer be contacted immediately to resolve the issue. Since Xforce has sold hundreds of these units and have not had any fitment issues in the past.

XFORCE TWIN 2.5" CAT BACK EXHAUST VY VZ HSV MALOO UTE | eBay

It's mild steel but 2.5" twin. All i know is the mufflers have XFORCE logo's engraved into the front and rear mufflers, and when i bought it the receipt had "Comm VZ Maloo twin 2 1/2" Stainless XFORCE" written on it. It was bought through Performance Exhausts Ringwood Pty Ltd (performanceexhaust.com.au), so maybe you best get onto the source of these dodgy exhausts then before more damage is done to your name.

EM-HV10 is a maloo 2.5" exhaust from x-force - straight from the catalogue. This is what the exhaust guy sent back to me:

    Hi

With regards to the your enquiry below this system we supplied is definitely an xforce system and not a fake. We buy these directly from the Melbourne xforce agent and re sell them. Im not sure what the xforce rep is saying as I have attached a section out of the catalogue which lists that they make a twin 2.5” and twin 3” system to suit the maloo.
As it is a genuine xforce product the rep should be able to help you out aswell with any dramas as they manufacture the product and be more than happy to look after any faults regardless of where it was purchased from.

    Regards

reply back from Xforce HQ ,

correct part number for the VZ Maloo UTE is ES-HV19, and we only make twin 3"at the moment. The Twin 2.5" system is for the early models or modified version ss ute.

If you want us to speak to the supplier about your issue, we will be happy to do so on his behalf, please have him PM you his name and purchase date and a contact number. the more info we can from the customer the better we can help resolve this issue.

    regards Xforce

running Xforce stainless 2.25" Catback on VE V6 on the otherside of globe ... couldn't be happier with performance/street exhaust. ... despite it'd blown my wallet in shipping

Edit: see you're listing headers for SV6 , would that fit a VE Omega (2007). Also, would the install be straight bolt on job to stock cats?, or does it require any cutting/welding work?
