Xforce exhaust systems are designed to be a true bolt-on option and power gainer. All exhaust systems are R&D in-house and dyno tested with proven power gains. 304 Stainless steel mandrel bends and flanges are used in the construction for its strength, excellent heat resistant, rust proof, high flow (mandrel bends) and finish properties. Everything in the Xforce range includes nuts, bolts, gaskets and everything else needed for a true bolt on experience.
Xforce recommends a dyno tune after an exhaust item has been upgraded (like any other power mod) to fully utilize its power potential.

Hi there,
Just letting any one know if they are thinking going X-Force Exhaust,
i recently put an X-Force 2 1/4" cat back exhaust on my VZ SV6 6 spd Man, and i am more then happy with the sound,
i was after a grumble with no drone and still acting quiet when needed to be.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I GOT!
i was told they had alot of problems with the alloy tec V6 motor and getting a good sound from a cat back exhaust,
This would be the exhaust to choose!
The thing i would change that could get you into trouble would be the dyno readout description. It states the 4-1's are tuned length. They aren't. They are 4-1, but they aren't tuned length.

Nuff said really.

Hey guys,
Just wondering, are there any exhaust places in Melbourne, Victoria which sell XForce exhausts?
Im planning to get a twin 2.25'' cat back system for a VZ Calais.
Your input and opinions as to what you would purchase in my situation would be much appreciated as im currently all ears haha![]()

hi guys new to the forums but i agree that the xforce systems are great just fitted a Xforce twin 2.25" to my vz exec and is a bang for the buck getting the headers fitted friday comming![]()
just wanted to post my experience with X-Force...
their email team is bang on the money when it comes to service and prompt replies and info.
their prices are more than reasonable and give you more than you'd expect.
i got Mild steel headers coupled with Ceramic hi-flo racing cats, butted onto their mild steel twin 2.5inch exhaust with stainless steel tips, and im more then happy! installation didint take too long and the way it all bolted together with NO modifying made the whole kit that much more appealling.
the whole set up was very affordable and the note produced from the system is pretty unique.
when i only had the twin cat-back on, the note was rather quiet with no drone but the sound was there under some heavier acceleration. was great for comfortable cruising.
with the addition of the headers and cats, the systems tone has changed dramatically! its a fair bit louder under heavy acceleration, theres that hint of tingy'ness from the racing cats (not the biggest fan but its not too loud n overbearing), its a touch drone'y when cruising with the windows down, but not so bad when the windows are up.
in a way it sounds pretty "racey". iv done those V8 super laps at the track before and the tone comming from this system is VERY similar to the VE V8 super car i drove. its just a bit higher pitched (and the throttle response isn't the same haha) in comparrison to the note that particular car made.
Cam-Overlap (or back-firing) is very presant when taking your foot off the accelerator, putting the clutch in, down shifting and cruising. some arent a fan, but i DEFINATELY am!
i can feel a slight increase in power mainly in the mid to higher range revs. thats tee'd in with a Growler CAI of course. next step is to get a tune done by a profesional to utilise the system! i can tell that the system is running rather lean now, so i'd like a tune pretty son. very much looking forward to it!
all in all, its a great system, affordable, dosnt sit too low to the ground (big thumbs up), gives off a tough note, and will be sure to impress
thanks X-Force! your highly recomended to everyone that asks!

VE SS UTE AMAZING - YouTube
3" x-force all da way... skip to 3:30 for exhaust alone.
Hi guys i have a VZ Clubby and was chasing a rough price on a cat back system compared to an entire set up with cats and headers???
Any help would be awesome..
Hi, i wanted to get a catback for my VY v6 auto, i was wondering what should i get or what are my options?
pm to both you guys
hey guys i have a ve ss and have a problem.
comp cam 220 226 114. .600 lift
3k 10 1/4 tce stall converter
diffilipo 1 7/8 4 into 1's 100 cell cats and 3in x-force cat back
auto
very nice to drive daily with the stall but the drone is starting to kill me.my exhaust shop guy showed me a car with this exhaust set up on it with a similar cam/stall and it didn't drone at all, was actually quite quiet. this is the 2nd exhaust i have had on the car. first was a 2 1/2 hm perry one and that droned as well. only really had the trouble since the high stall went in.i love the stall as now the car drives amazingly. drone apparently is due to harmonics produced in the converter and from the engine at certain revs so i was wondering if i put on a high performance harmonic balancer or under drive balencer would that help lower the harmonics and lower the drone? i have gone thru a few shops and tried x pipes and h pipes and different mufflers but nothing seems to work
Help?
if the exhaust shop you went to has successfully gotten rid of drone using an XFORCE exhuast system on a car similar to yours, then i would recommend trying it. worse case i would go the varex ...
regarding the harmonic or under drive balancer, you will need to seek pro advice, to get rid of most drone it usually consist of matching the exhaust system with the correct resonator length/muffler combo. Rule of thumb is the more muffler volume material it has the more quieting effect it will have.

I must say, that I have viewed a number of videos now with the XForce system being used, and they have got the best sound that I have heard.
As soon as I can afford to change my exhaust from Stock, I will definitely be getting a XForce Dual 3" Cat Back System put on.
Love your work guys!!!

thanks for the feedback!
Quite possibly a stupid question, however I will admit that I am an absolute noob to all of this.
If I change my Stock Exhaust over with an XForce 3" Dual Cat Back System, do I HAVE to do a Dyno test?
A mate informed me this morning that Dyno Tests require Flash Boxes or something, and they're like $700-$800. And to also find out if it may affect my New Car Warranty.
I don't care about improving the Vehicle performance, I mean 270kw and 530Nm is plenty considering I am going from a 2.0L 4 Cylinder Ford Focus to the 6.0L V8 VE SS.
I just want the bloody thing to actually sound like a V8, and not an angry mozzie.
Could you please advise?

No dyno needed for a cat-back system. You only need it if you change the headers & cats.
AD07 has got it right . no need for a dyno unless you get a full system or / change the headers and cats
Hi there 2 things, how much for a twin 2.25 full system and a price on just a single system. And does it cost any more money for the varex if so how much more would love to try it out.
I have a twin 2.5 system on my vx commodore exec now but its way to loud, if u think those options are for me then wat would u recommend. And does fitting the varex make u lose any power?
Thanks for your time.
you got PM .
Having a Varex in slient mode will slightly compromise HP, but nothing noticeable or uncomfortable.
Oh well thats all good, im thinking about getting a Varex because cops, parents and neighbours dont like my loud car so it would be good to have it silent especially if the cops pull me over for excessive noise (which i have been twice, and both time $220 and 2 points)
