    hi just wondering what price and best system to put on my 2007 ve ss its an everyday driver and just trying to get an idea and will it add more power ???

    Ummmmm......
    Whats your budget?
    Headers? (will need a tune so add approx $700)
    Cat-back?
    Mild steel?
    Stainless?
    2.5"?
    3.0"?

    Need to be a bit more specific.......

    thanks i dont really have a budget just being told heaps of things and beed told i cant change and bla bla as it will stuff my computer and i want something with an nice note and i have been trying to work out how much power that will give me after exhaust tune and cold air and i note sure on budget just need ideas to work with ?? thanks

    Firstly, it won't "stuff" your computer. Changing the exhaust will make the engine light come on only because the flow is outside the parameters the factory tune can read.

    Your budget will depend on how far you want to go, but at a minimum the cat back should be done to free up the exhaust.

    Hey, There is a heap of options for your car. Have you had a look at our site to get a bit of an idea. XForce. Performance Mufflers, Exhaust Systems & Accessories. Commodore VE SS/SS-V/Calais/Sportswagon . Options range from a 2.5 mild steel cat back @ about $800 to full stainless with matching headers and Varex mufflers in the vicinity of $3000. There is also some stats and power caharts there. Let mew know how you go.
