Need pictures of buick and ecotec rockers

Hey guys we found a set of yella terra 1.8 rockers at my machinists tonight which i have been chasing up for my vr ute.
thing is he isnt sure if there for the vr buick engines or the ecotec's
i didnt notice any part numbers on them but ill hae another look tomorrow, but wondering if anyone has some pics of either rockers for me to compare.
i found a set of 1.6:1 rockers for a vs on ebay and they look different to the ones he has.

so yeah some pics would be awesome thanks in advance.

look alot like my 1.8s on my buick. im pretty sure the bolt sizes are different between buick and ecotec rockers anyway?

i found this pic on another site and the guy has a vs equipe so im guessing this is an ecotec, so can someone confirm that these are the ecotec rockers and the ones i have in my hand are the pre ecotec's?


i googled the part number on the box and got this

nopw they look the same as the ones in the box with the part number but at the top of the page it says its for the buick v6 series 2, isnt that the vr ? or are they refering series 2 to the ecotec's?

surely there are people here who have fitted these rockers and would have some pics or something laying around?

I have a set sittin here ready to go on, i can get a few photos, but its useless as they all look the same best bet is part numbers.

na there are minor differences between them all, if you could post some pics of yours that would be great man.
specially if there the buick 1.8's as well.
as for part numbers there are no part numbers on the rockers or the box they where sitting in unfortunately.

do u have the plate and the spacers to go with them mate? or just the rockers.

just the rockers mate, but the guy who does all my machining work said he would be able to get them for me

thanks very much mate really appreciate it, so all buick v6's have same rockers i take it? i see you have a s1 vn so im guessing the rockers will be same as 95model vr with buick v6 as well.

But im pretty certain now that the ones we have at the workshop are not for a v6 buick, the bolt hole in the middle is much smaller, and the back end which houses the pushrod is shorter on the ones we have.

Nah the rockers arent the same... look the same but different bolt sizes.

Dons VS.
Your pics are of the very early style cast rockers for the L67 and L36.
They were later superceded by the billet Ultralight ones sold today.
Nothing wrong with the old ones though if the price is right.

no they wont, different heads, so im assuming different rocker geometry......althought highest buicks can go is 1.8. The second set of pics are definately the newer ones, look same as my ones on my Ecotec, more slender taper to the nose.

VS II or later. Ecotec motors only.
