next project Intercooler

[Kiwi S/C V6]

Just put in my new YT 1.95 RR last night, along with a 11psi pulley, every thing fitted nicely. Plus heaps of fun driving to work this morning

my next purchase is going to be a intercooler, I'm just getting some info on the best way to go about getting one in New Zealand, and planing my next budget.

thinking about the 50mm core

car will be a daliy driver

what comes in the kit?

why would i go alloy core over plastic?

how much will it cost me?

dose it come with fuel rails?

what boost can be run with out a tune?

what other mods would you recommend? Fuel pump? opening up the intake manifold

I work as a fitter turner so machining and welding parts are no problem

-104 autolite plugs re gapped
-dual 2.25 exhaust of a HSV R8
- 4' pod filter with Alloy CAI

ive got pretty much the same thing going on, just bought an intercooler off them and they recomended running 13psi boost without a tune as the injectors are only programmed to pump out so much.
not sure if the rails come with them but they are well worth it, clean up the engine bay nicely, just make sure you tape up all the fittings before tightening them.
