Default Roller rockers + Air induction

    Hey guys,

I currently have a VY S 2003 Ute, but i'm asking as for my next car which would either be a VX 3.8 or VY 3.8 sedans.

What's the difference between 1.8 and 1.9 roller rockers? DO you need anything else when fitting them?

Also, what air intake do you have available just for a bit of extra kick? Because i'm thinking in the next car sticking some 3:7 gears, roller rockers, cold intake + a tune. Maybe exhaust to let it breathe better.

Mind helping me out? Not too sure on this subject of stuff.

    Hey Guys,

The Difference between 1.8 to 1.9 is very mininal, maybe a kw or 2, nothing else required to fit unless changing, springs or rocker cover gaskets at the same time or something, we only do an intake pipe for greater air flow to the air box, not to throttle body , these are normally about $170, but are no stock at the moment, these will fit from vt-vy , best upgrades on the V6 are intake , rockers and exhaust, a re-tune may give it that little extra and may be better on fuel,

    Cheers

Wont really need a tune after just rockers, if you don't want too anyway. A tune would gain very little. 1.7 ratio rockers FYI wont be far from stock rocker lifts afaik. If you had a cam, 1.7 might be better then. Depends on the lift of the cam(if u had one).
