just wondering if i can get a top mount supercharger like the factory one for my stock ecotec? and do they come in a kit and do they just bolt on or do i need to change heads etc?
You need the heads and leads and injectors and computer and pulleys, probably some other stuff I have forgot as well.
Sometimes on ebay you will see a conversion kit for around $1000-1500 or even better the whole motor, loom and ecu for $1500-2500
ah yeah, its either that or i fit a raptor supercharger to it
get a l67 of ebay or the likes for about 2500ish bit cheaper if you watch it. will handle alot better and put out more abuse then a ecotec
Better off getting a whole L67 motor with computer and wiring harness. The L67's have a stronger bottom end. Easier to just do a swap over, probably cheaper in the long and short run as well.
If it's not a Symptom its not relevant, and if its not relevant I don't care!

Yella Terra have a Supercharger made to bolt onto the v6 ecotec. You need to change the head gaskets to lower the compression, otherwise thats it.

Direct bolt on top of an ecotec. Do i search, theres another member even running it with mixer lpg which is what i intend to do.
