V6 Platinum Adjustable Rocker Mounts

Hi there,

I have a set of 1.65 YT Platinum rockers on my vp v6 i purchased 2nd hand. I was wondering do you sell a different/stronger rocker mount for these rockers or could i even use studs with them? They are a 3/8" bolt version. I have another v6 motor with the same rockers but 7/16 bolts and much better/stronger mounts, compared to the ones these rockers have (see pic below). My rocker to valve tip contact patch is abit off center so was going shim it to get it spot on but if i could supply you with the correct mount height could you supply either better mounts or studs?

so the rockers you have are 3/8 mounting???
if so they should have 13.60mm pedestals,if correct unfortunately i dont have any other heights available as the V6 VN-VP was the only head to use the 3/8 mountings.

i would recommend using shims but being careful not to go too high that the bolts become too short

Yeah they are 3/8" bolts. The pedestals with these rockers are 19mm with 1.5mm washer underneath. The other set have a totally different pedestal much bulkier and stronger looking as you can see in the picture. Remember these are quite a few years old now they haven't made adjustable for a long time but was wondering if you still have or could make pedestals like the pic below?

yep, i still have the ones in your picture, but only to suit a 7/16 bolt, nothing in 3/8 or 5/16 , only the platinums rockers use the bulky hardware now.
