waste of time going rollers unless you go bigger cam and head work, rollers wont make a car go faster by them self, its like every body thinks cold air intake work .if its 30 out side thats the air it takes in,it only works at 12 at night on a crisp night

That is BS about a CAI, a CAI works everyday by sucking in 'cooler' air from outside the engine bay rather then hot air from under the bonnet. the catch is you have to be moving for it to work properly. That 30 degree c air is far better then the 60 + degree c air found under the bonnet.

I can't comment on roller rockers not making a difference on a standard motor.
Half my engine mods were already done on my car 12 years ago and the other half I did myself.
2 months ago i installed roller rockers and felt an improvement. But like i said, my engine wasn't standard prior and my original standard rockers and bridges may have been worn.

Op, one downside to non adjustable roller rockers vs adjustable are: when you do modify your engine later you'll have to either mess around with shims or use different length pushrods depending on what mods you do to your engine later.

U cant deny roller rockers arent in some ways better than the std pressed steel factory ones, im also goin to get a cam and chip package so i think roller rockers would be a good investment, but thats my opinion
