Who cares if it ticks, at the end of the day, the valves are now lifting further and slamming shut, i couldnt imagnie how you'd feel once you did a cam swap. If its not ticking now, wait till the lifters start playing up.......

g day micky
could i get a price on some mixed 1.9 and 1.95 rockers for my vt v6
are these the right ones for max power gain on a non supercharged v6 with stock cam
hi,
same question as ratzy...although i believe the mixed ratio benefits forced induction?
yer also could i get a price on those 1.9 1.95 roller rockers
im wanting to buy a set of yella terra rockers and asked a company that sells the roller rockers if they sold the split ratio and they replied that they dont, they just use the 1 ratio as they believe it works great and although people have said the split ratio is better that they have not seen anything that backs this up???
im only a novice at this, so wouldnt know any better???
would like to know if any tests have been done with the 1 ratio and split ratio on a forced induction engine to see the differences in power and other specs of the engine such as air flow/restriction?
any help would be much appreciated,
ben
Hey Ben,
We did back to back testing on project FABS car, L67 with stage 2 W2A intercooler. we had a difference of about 2-3kw between the 1.9 and the mixed ratio, its only a couple of kw but helping the exhaust gases out quicker and easier will make the engine run more efficient. hope this helps
