Can you tell me a bit about these rockers -YT2010
What lift can they handle etc.

That part number is not quite right.
We have ST2010 which are suitable for up to 400lbs open spring pressure and about .600" lift.
Or YT5010 which are billet alloy extrusion and will handle 600lbs open and over .700" lift.
