87mm 10PSI is very popular and most people run them on standard tune, particularly in an XU6

The "press on" pulleys are $120 and come in 87mm or 82mm.
Cheers.

Yes you need a fitting tool to do it "in situ", but the front case can be removed and the pulley pressed off and on in a bearing press.
Canberra dealers: Repco, Gentech.

Cheers.

Do you hire the fitting tool or is it a case of having to buy one.

We used to hire them out but very few came back so we just sell them outright these days.
You can remove the snout assembly and press the pulleys off and on using a workshop press.
