Intercooler for a holden 5L with a 2.3L whipple.

Yeah just wondering how you guys were going with an intercooler for your 5L whipple kits. and what you think the intercoolers would be worth.

need to start planing the next step

Should be similar price to the current 5.0ltr V8 and L67 V6 stealth intercooler kits at around $1900.00

time frame? (my birthdays in april, Hint hint) lol.

and is that everything included radiator water pump etc, etc.
are they a constant run system or kick in with temp/boost, plus a time delay so it runs for abit when you turn the car of.

$1900? thats not bad at all.

would there be an option to purchace the inter cooler core alone, so the rest could be custom made.

also any info on the height it'll raise the supercharger?

They are usually wired in conjuction with the fuel pump and run constantly with the engine.
Plans are to have the Whipple kit available June 1.
Maybe give Matt a call on 039 555 5522, we may be looking for test vehicles before then.

thanks for that. Yeah i'll have a chat to Matt. I won't waste his time till the money is sitting in the bank ready to go, and by the look of the work i have to do shouldn't be far off.

Got to get a slight manifold leak fixed so that might be a good time. Any way i'll talk to Matt when I'm already to go.

Out of curiosity you have many v8 fitted with the whipple yet?
