10 PSI pulley, some 1.95 Yella terra rockers and a CAI, and maybe some new diff gears maybe 3.45/3.7 or even 3.9 depends on how much highway driving you do (with the diff gears)...

Some shops are getting into development of the M90 charger these days. Chip Control in VIC offer a cnc porting service of the discharge side and there is a further stage where the intake recieves extensive hand porting. It's all about keeping the charger from getting hot.

Have you changed to a smaller pulley yet? That's a good start.

I bought my 10psi pulley and a new belt the other day from YT, they put it in an overnight bag it will be fitted on wed as well as some extractors. Give the guys at YT a call the new pulley and belt to my house was around $160, good value I think. Bring on Wed haha

This is what I have. It is the most pricey option but if you can DIY the fit up it's the best option. Yella Terra - Part details

This another way to be able to change pulleys when needed but retains the stock snout. https://www.zzperformance.com/grand_...=205&catid=111

If you are not going to mod after the pulley change this is imo the best option and the cheapest, about $130. Yella Terra - Part details

It cost me $160 to get the new pulley and belt to my door. My machanic is going to fit it for me on Wednesday he is going to use his press to fit it, also at the same time I'm getting some extractors fitted. So I'm hoping for a good power gain. I'll give you an update after all is done.

The take off is great heaps quicker than before. It was 1hrs labour to fit the new pulley. You can get extractors fitted for around $500-600. I'd wait and get it all done at once, we took it for a drive last night and got booted out of the drivers seat by the wife so she could play also. So yep I'm really happy was worth the wait.
