    Default L67 Rockers

Hey, I'm looking into a set of rockers 1.9:1 for my vt supercharged, Just a few questions am i able to purchase them of u on this forum? Is 1.9:1 best rockers for the L67 without any serious modifications? and i'm guessing YT rockers are superior over fit/mace?
    Cheers

A split ratio of 1.9in/1.95ex is typically recommended for L67s. As long as you aren't planning a cam later, this is the best set of rockers to get. And, yes, they're better than the FIT rockers - the YT ones are true roller rockers, where as the FIT ones are just re-manufactured factory rockers.

Go the split ratio 1.9inlet/1.95exhaust works best for the L67 using the stock cam.
Probably the most popular ratio set for the L67 from YT.
I've had mine in for about 18-24months and love them.

Basically the same cost. With the YT you get newly manufactured parts that have a proper roller tip and with MACE or FIT you get re manufactured rockers without a rolelr tip and as i recall they also charge extra for the pushrods.

If you use 1.9 / 1.95 split ratio rockers with the stock cam , Do you need to change the valve springs??

If your engine is in good order and not too many k's you can get by with the stock springs.
Contrary to what some say, using more lift and pushing higher revs will eventually wear out the stock springs no matter which style of rockers you use.

Just out of curiosity what will the 1.9 rockers do for low down torque?
Car theives should be treated just like horse theives and cattle rustlers in the days of the wild west... Hang them!

Usually high lift rockers help torque right across the range as they don't actually change the cam specs.

Mace apparently include pushrods in theirs now. Going on to 3 years with my 1.95's (YT). Split ratio definately best for Supercharged though.
