    Default 1.95 rockers

    ive got a vs with exhaust n intake .. if i get 1.95 rockers do i need 2 get springs if i wanta dyno tune my car up later? if so how much r springs n how much 2 install them?

    If the engine is in good condition with low to medium K's (less than 100k) you should be ok with out springs but if the k's are high then you will definately need new springs.
    Give Crow a call regarding spring prices or YT do carry Crow springs also.
    I think the part # is VTK Ecotec but could be wrong.

    I've got the spilt ratio 1.9/1.95 yt ultralite roller rockers, and have had them in for a while. When i bought them yella terra advised me that they were just a straight swap and nothing else was required. The power increase seemed to be substantial and i haven't had any problems yet. My car has about 160kms on it atm.
    Just my experience.

    I have had mine now for over 50,000k's, now 210,000k's, no springs yet, no symptons either.....

    YT mention spring change more for high revs and changing rev limiter etc.....

    YT have said not to alter rev limiter by tuning with stock springs. REv limtier kicks in at 5600. Tunes, upgraded Cams etc usually push this out further for power curve etc....

    i noticed in my vu the rev limiter has changed only mods are zorst n unifilter and v power fuel rev limiter is now at 5800

    sorry mate, rev limiter is 5800.....my mistake, when tuning this can be pushed out further, to increase power, obviously this is when the springs are under most pressure, and coil bind can begin......look on you tube for coil bind, they have videos of it..........
