    Default Care Reliabilty with 87mm Pully???

    I already have the pully and have booked to get it put on so this is just to comfort me but was just wondering if the car will be any less reliable?? my dad reckons im stupid for getting it but i think he is just a bit "Anti Go-Fast"

    you'll enjoy it mate just be prepared for other expenses down the track, like clutch trans etc. I had cam put on, and im pushing the limits of the stock cra-p clutch

    yup!

    Hey Farlig! havent got it priced yet but with the press on tool its supposed to only take 30mins. So i would say around $50-80 is the going rate for mechanics in my area!

    do yella terra lend the puller? or was it only *cough* F * I * T *cough* that would lend out the tool so you can DIY?

    There are a few forum members that actually own the tool or if you can't be stuffed Chip Control in Sunbury have one for a fee.

    If you remove the snout, the pulley can be pressed on and off using a bearing press.
    Or find a workshop that has a tool to do it for you.
    Is this an engine or trans swap vehicle?
    I didn't think the supercharged cars were available in manual trans

    was never available in manual..

    so have you got new clutch packs?
