Payed then got told I can't have, offered refund but haven't received it and I was told that money would be deposited several times each time a separate excuse! Now really, how hard is it?????
If you haven't got the money or whatever then just say so, just sick and tired of excuse after excuse I've bloody well had enough! Also, I see you go online but don't make the effort of letting me know. Very hard to get a response.
