yea a few months back me and ma mates went out cruising, as i pulled up 2 em at the traffic lites they r egging me on and wat not, so i give the engine a bit of a scream. then my mates waving his hands out the window doin sum spastic looking signal towards me, so i take that as "do a burnout" and wen the light turned green i skated it around the corner. lost sight of them, then a similar coloured car comes flying up behind me, takin this as a challenge i drop down a gear n wait for them to pull up beside me, wen i was beside the car i noticed it was a VE and immidiately jumped on the brakes, then realised it had lights in the back deck n jumped on the brakes even harder. I was like WTF, all i can say is it must have been the end of his shift or something coz its not everyday u can drag a cop car.

I ran a red light ,It turned red just as i got to it so i desided to keep going. Just as i went through the intersection i saw a cop car on my right.Went i got to the other side of the intersection i pulled over, and the cops came round the corner and stopped behind .The officer came over and asked me why i stopped. I just said i thought i would save you the trouble . He said why would we want to pull you over , i said cos i ran a red light.He said then as long as you know you done the wrong thing i'll let you off with a serious warning of what will happen next time you do it.

Yeah I used to live in wollongong and the hang out was south beach and on thursday night the cops setup an RBT station, anyway I had a little ford escort, I cruised down to the beach road and went round the corner and was directed to pull into the RBT station and just then my brakes failed and the cop in the front of the car ended up on the bonnet. it looked so funny all I could do was laugh, the cop was so pissed he ended up taking my car and they crushed it. I didnt get a fine though so it was all good.

There was another night when we used to hide behind some trees and have a smoke. the usual thing was to do a handbrake slid into the area and park the car, one night I tried the same thing and as we were about the slide we noticed a cop van and the head light spotted to cops in the front seat and they were as a surprised as a rabbit in a spotlight as one was sucking on a bong and the other was drinking a beer. I got a neg driving fine and a defect that night. sure was funny and every time we say them again we just laughed.

got pilled over by 2 hwp cars, they boxed me in when i pulled over so i couldnt drive off. i was packing it, they just wanted to check my dash emergency lights weren't blue and red and asked me why i had em, told em im a storm chaser and they had a laugh cause my car was listed as possibly having police lights in the system.

good blokes but i thought i was gonna get raped with a nightstick when they pulled me over.

lesson learnt so now i keep the lights in the glove box when i arent chasing.

A few weeks back me and my mate went for a drive in separate cars, i have a vz and my lights were turned to parkers from earlier on in the day but i also had my fog lights on. It was about 10 pm driving past the copshop and a cop car has come out in front of us and pulled over, waited til we got past and then pulled me over. I had no headlights on and fog lights on when there wasn't any fog, which is six demerit points and a 400 dollar fine. Cops were great that night, i would have lost my license but they let me off which i was stoked about. i had no clue that my lights were like that either, it was just a genuine mistake.

Anyway, since this thread has been 'resurrected' as such, I got done last March under the new Victorian P1 laws, in respect of having more than 1 peer passenger in the car whilst driving (peer passengers being 16-21 year olds), anyway, I got pulled over about 10m from the entrance to my street (was driving 900 meters and I got caught) got given the fine and 3 demerit points by a out of uniform cop in an unmarked BA XR6T.

Cut a long story short, I get a letter from Vicroads last thursday saying that there had been a major error in the demerit point system last year and that demerit points had never been added to my license, and that Vic Police had instructed Vic Roads not to give me demerit points...

I still had to fork out $350, but at least I don't get 3 demerit points!

years ago when my mates and i smoked we went out to our usual spot and i was chopping up when my mate spotted a car behind some bushes, it was an 80's corona wagon.
we went for a closer look and one of my ******** mates smashed a window just as the cops pulled up.

they got out of their car, looked at us and asked "come to strip the car have you"?
i quickly replied "do you see any tools"?

they could have maybe charged us with theft and posession but decided that we were harmless.
i quit smoking not long after that day
