Australian media as a whole aren't journalists. They are tabloid and spruik spreaders.

They rarely go in depth into any form of research to present hard facts, they always report the first source of statistics or 'information' they find by using Google search. This has gotten them into a lot of trouble lately.

Perfect example of this is the housing situation. One week it's houses are going to fall, buy now! The next, it's houses are rising, buy now! The undertone is simple, they want to keep the bubble afloat and their 'sources' share the same interests.

Ever watched a car doing circles at a burnout comp ? What do you think causes the rear end to float around the front wheels ? Could it be a loss of traction ? Which end of the car do you reckon might slide out of control in a burnout when the driver loses control ? Tough one aye ? :hmmm:
