From what the media says over here in NZ, the people who got arrested managed to get into NZ due to a process that was run in Germany that wiped them of previous convictions.

I'm not going to actually waste my time reading American legislation as it has no implications for us in Australia however I doubt it's as bad as SlashGear make out.

If SOPA gets approved, you really think the Aus government won't use it as an excuse to try and re-introduce their censor?
