I know its alot of work. Done my apprenticeship in a small private owned bakery, Spent 10 years working there.
I like keeping busy and really enjoy baking, Plus I've got nothing else going on in life so may aswel do something productive. lol

Haha no worries mate.. Didn't realize you'd been in it so long.. I'm fourth in a line of baker/pastry cooks in my family. If you're up for the work go for it. Just watch out as its hard to compete with the big players. I still do alot of wedding cakes but that's about my only involvement in the trade these days.

I worked for the corporation for 5 years, then 2 years in engineering.. due to that company being sank by an idiot inheriting it got out and started freelancing and have now started my own side business.
