Mesh grill

Hey,
Does anyone know how to make your own mesh grill? I want to make one for my 2008 omega.

I expect that installation might be a challenge. I'm going to ask how much, next time I;m in Melbourne. I'm tired of pulling birds out of the lower space, and I fear that one day, one will damage my radiator. Every model, other than Omega, seems to have mesh there. Holden make a part, but it was about $120 last time that I asked.

Cheers dude, it goes alright.
It's a Calais, so the grille goes lower down the bumper then all other models, gotta take that into account with how it'll look
