There really is something heart wrenching about hearing these words:

The block won't be back until later so hoping to have the car back to you by late tomorrow or Wednesday once they put the engine back together and put back in the car

Nothing exciting now :/

Thought the lifters were going so put it in to replace them and while it was being done - cam it.

But! That's where the fun started! Lifters were checked and they were fine so the engine was pulled apart to find the rattle ... Turned out to be timing chain guide and bearing issue. So money has gone into that as opposed the cam now :-/

how do you get lights like this?

Spare set of SSV lights, angel eye kit. Bake the lights, open them up and install the angels - then reseal headlights. It's a pain due to having to seal them up properly.

There is a company in Adelaide that install the angel eyes if you can't do it yourself

Got the car back! All good again!

Also had a small cosmetic upgrade with the new diffuser..
