well its in the road laws, so this counts.

the Cycling laws regarding 12+ year olds not being allowed to ride on the footpath. (yet mixed and cycle paths are fine)
it would be nice if they changed it to, if pedestrians are present the cyclists must not ride on the path and/or they have to ride at or below walking pace.
basically it would be pedestrians would have the right of way whenever present, and it could get even more bikes off the roads. thus making it safer for all.
*note: people wanting to ride at full pace would still stay on the road, its mroe for people wanting to go for a ride with their kids or just out for a cruise to the shops etc.

the 110km Speed limit on a dead straight road that is more then capable of 140-160 no dramas. Besides that i have no issues. Oh and the restriction for learner drivers with speed, Doing 110km along a freeway you go screaming passed a L Plater doing 80km

Does apparant lack of care or understanding regarding merging lane laws count?
I drive a big slow truck for a living and seriously, so many people ignore the law and drive onto the wrong side of the road to force their way past me when i have nowhere else to go but merge and have timed my merge perfectly with more than plenty of fair warning and distance between me and the vehicle behind.
At the avoca area, there's a section where i've been forced to skim the guardrail to avoid hitting a car that's ignored my merge half completed, forced past me whilst crossing double white lines yet still not giving me enough room.

Oh and btw M1LM03: I have first hand proof that your statement is contrary to what certain officers at wyong LAC put into practice.
My best friend has served so far 3 weeks in jail with no evidence to support any allegations against him and throught the duration of the entire case has not been allowed to have is own legal representation and has been forced instead of having his own solicitor handle his case, has instead a worthless legal aid lawyer bungling the case and refusing to hand over paperwork with public prosecutors having requested 2 adjounments as they do not have their case in order with 31 firearm charges that are unlawful due to the circumstances having been always covered by his "collectors license"

It's also a low act on their part to tear the place apart and destroy so many personal possessions in the process of their search of the property with a "we don't give a crap" attitude.

Some of you guy's may be decent, I'm yet to personally encounter a good cop since Chris Thornton (close old friend) died in a high speed chase at woy woy many years ago.

Not being allowed to ride on the back of a ute.
When I was young ( in the early 80s) we use to jump in the back of my Dad's mates ute and go down to the shops.
