Hey there guys this is what I plan to purchase for my ute

Holden VE Commodore Headlight H7 HID KIT SV6 SS SSV HSV | eBay

Long story short I hit a roo a while back which screwed the car majorly, Now Its back on the raod and I feel as if my lights need an upgrade,
I have been told HID Kits are the way to go and some say they are illegal, Just wanting to get an opinion before I spend the money on something
I may end up not being able to use =/

NOTE:
Also planning on purchassing H9 HID Kit for the high beamers aswell

They're illegal (and over rated IMO). Get some Philips Diamond/Cryst Vision instead.

Could you recommend a good one for low and high beam?

Im after the "See More" globes and not the "Be seen" ones if that makes sense haha

simple answer is yes they are illegal, but what isnt these days. i would recommend going with 4300k instead of 6000k though.

I have these lights in 6000k in my projector lights and there the best lights I have ever used, much better then the Phillips.

People don't set them up correctly and that's why every Tom dick and Harry complains they get blinded.

Set them lower to face the road and you won't have to blind anyone.

Problem solved :)

I've had them for 3 years and had no problems. But make sure if you have projector and I wouldn't bother to out these in reflector lights
