    Looking at rebuilding my vf calais 6ltr motor as I've had the headers replaced but still no change in the tapping...any recommendations please...

    I am tipping its a L77 with AFM,

    Possibly heads off to replace the lifters, keeping in mind the AFM cylinders require different lifters,
    This is where the cost goes up,
    I have read that the faulty lifters may/could have damaged the cam,
    So it will end up being expensive project.
