I just had this problem and It was the hall sensor in the dizzy. Bought complete dizzy, coil and leads. Bought off ebay for $145 new. I tried replacing ignition module first but made no difference.

Has anyone ever used Bosch super 4 sparks plugs? My car has a bit of a flat spot at low end and so I decided to check the spark plugs and this is what was in it. Could this be the prob?
