    so called around.. $1500 for reconditioned engine, plus starter motor plus labor plus new battery and it includes $100 worth of towing the car...

    i just wrote a reply but now its not showing but anyway apparently it is reconditioned and the mechanic wouldnt tell me how many km's it had done...

    my old engine seized apparently. we thought it was just the timing chain because it was very noisy and then we heard something 'pop' or 'bang' and...

    this is my first post so hi! anyway as the title says my 99 berlina needs a new engine. we were quoted $2785 for new engine, water pump, oil...
