Yeah, thought it looked familiar... Its easy as to do the poppers, its just a bit of straight rod - I got some from the wreckers - (the metal rod that the inside door handle uses to open the door) and welded it straight onto the rod that the outside door handle uses to open the door. Then drilled a hole out the top of the door to let the rod poke through...
