Hey mate I'm sure you have been asked this time and time again and I'm sorry for asking and I know you got rid of the wagon a while ago, but I can't find much info on the subject, but I am doing a dash conversion in my vq series 2 statesman, I have an entire vs 3 caprice and an entire vr caprice at my disposal, and I was wondering once I get the dash in could you possibly walk me through or provide verbal help with the electrical side of things wiring etc..

Hey mate nice car a lot of hard work time gone into that I just got a vs caprice with after market stereo but roof speakers not working been trying to get a wiring diagram so I could find out what colors come out from behind dash so I could tap them into the other speekers but can only find your other post but can't get file it says it has been removed any help is much appreciated cheers jade

which ones,front or sides. as i have found the front are different in some and i sold my spares off the front,i didnt alter anything just used ones that fit my loom.if you find some at a wreckers just cut off hte plugs and join them to your loom to fit,

Hey mate, At the stage where i picked up some cheap VS stato indicators for my VR stato, as you probably know the plugs/globes/holders are all different :/ What was your solution to this problem and do you have some plugs and leads to suit VS clear indicators?

hey mate, I'd be interested in purchasing the gaskets (and welsh plugs too!) But money is a bit tight right now, it being post-christmas and bill week etc. Could you be interested in selling them off in a couple of weeks time?

i sold them ages ago as they werent statesman gurads so they didnt fir my front.they were vr vs guards.

DEADMAN i have a full vr statesman loom so the caprice loom was straight plug n play, but i have since made more caprice roof with all acc working for other wagons by splicing into the interior light loom behind the drivers foot kick panel.

BROWNY the whole dash works like it should.what i did to save troubles as i wanted to have full options i put in the s2 vr statesman loom and bck which cost me 100 plus the cost of the dash and all other bits, the dash fits in just like a vn dash but you need front vs door trims for the vents on the front doors to blend in with the dash

hows it goen awsome job on the wagon it looks ace! im thinkin bout doen my vn up aswell just wanted to know if it was much of a job fittin the caprice dash and if it all works propearly coz that looks sweet as in urs

Hi There, just wondering if your Caprice headlining accessories all work properly. Did you do it yourself or was it done by a shop. I've installed a VQ Caprice headlining in my VN Calais and i'm havin a lil trouble with splicing the Caprice headlining wirning loom into the Calais wiring loom and was just wondering if you had any info that could help me out.
