I was using a rear ender written off vs equip as a guide I just baught it 2 weeks ago for it's motor and auto 100 thousand ks on it :) so before I started stripping it down I tested it and found the power windows were faulty 1 hour later and reworking the switch...

the green and brown wires seams to be connecting to each other 0.00volts the stray voltage your reading when up is pressed is from the wires not connecting to any thing probley radio waves.
Thats my guess as with out them front ones working the rear wont work.
And the lack of voltage on them front ones when the rear did work on the spots where there should be some Positive with up and down pressed.

Yes that should show him that they are faulty.
They are only faulty on the positive side when you push the button the positive comes from the same positive the front windows use and are wired internal in the switch I bet that internal part is burnt out.
